”We requested a ground floor room and we were kindly given a room on the lowest floor but there was still 2 flights of stairs to get to it with insufficient handrails.
Too many stairs for us and we wouldn’t have booked if we had been told this. Also climbing in and out of a bath to shower was awkward.
Otherwise comfy bed, clean quiet room.
Breakfast was plentiful but not our choice.
If you don’t mind the stairs then great place in a good location”

”Mielyttävä hotelli mahtavalla huoneella ja uima-altaalla. Loistava aamiainen.
Ravintoloita on lähellä, mutta hieman erikoisesti auki. Auto vältttämätön. Ystävällinen palvelu ja omaa rauhaa tarjolla.
Kehitysehdotuksena:
- lounastarjoilu tai pientä ruokaa kuten patonkeja ym, jotta jokaista ruokaa ei tarvisi lähteä etsimään autolla.

”The bed was very comfortable and it’s in a great location to Soller, just a couple minutes walk from all the shops, restaurants, and church. I did find it challenging having a virtual reception though, as responses could be slow. I ended up talking to the reception at my friend’s hotel instead whenever I needed a recommendation or help with a taxi etc.”
