”Terrible customer service! I booked the property from Expedia app there was nothing stating woman only untill the confirmation I received. I couldn’t check in and asked a refund immediately but nobody helped. The customer service said call me back but I heard nothing only full charge after checking out date. The experience was sucks. I will go through other way to ask a full refund!”

”The hotel has personality. It was cute and the staff were friendly and professional. However, a couple logistical issues that just made it less than amazing. There is no guest parking unless you pay $50 for the valet service. This is fine but feels like a hidden charge they tack on once you are standing there checking in.
There is no outlet in the bathroom. None. They provide a blow dryer but no outlet to use it. The outlets in the bedroom area are nowhere near a mirror. So if you have a curling...
