The room had several damages, one of which was a cigarette burn into the blanket. When I informed the desk the individual said “I’ll make a note of it” pressed a single key and said “you’re good to go”. Didn’t ask for any information regarding what room I was in or anything. He didn’t move the mouse or otherwise interact with the computer. Just a single key and then told me I was set. Very reassuring.
I also asked about whether or not I’d need a car seat for my infant to use their transportation and his answer was “it depends on the driver and what time of the day”. Excuse me, but what does that even mean? I was more curious whether it was a standing bus situation or a van. Come to find out, they use vans and some drivers will allow infants to ride with no car seat while others will not. What a crumby thing to tell a guest and even worse that you’d be willing to admit such a thing to a customer. Lawsuit waiting to happen.
Outside of that, everything was fairly acceptable and for the price it’s hard to beat if you’re staying for the airport access. Just be ready for the things listed above if that type of service bothers you.
