The place was clean, very nicely appointed, had a great coffee bar and was close to everything. There were a lot of stairs which were hard on my old knees unfortunately.

The property was great in every way. We spent the month skiing at Alta, Solitude, Park City, Deer Valley and Snow Basin, all within approximately an hour or less drive. The kitchen was well stocked with all utensils. Definitely a do over

Safe location
We had a hard time finding the residence because the neighborhood goes by periodic table elements and has the same numbers on each street. After finding the correct house getting inside was easy. The sheer amount of floors was cool. Perfect for us trying to get in to see Hozier. There’s also nice amenities. There is one fancy bathroom is the main bedroom that is cool too.

Clean spacious and comfortable
The house was exactly as we expected. Plenty of space for all 6 of us to have our own. The roof balcony was a perfect spot to hang out with a great view. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the cooking utensils needed as well as plenty of Kcups for individual coffees and a full coffee pot!

Great Stay
The unit was great. Lovely decor and amenities. Loved the rooftop lounge! The unit is in a gated community and feels quite safe. This was nice as we did not know the town well and what neighborhood to be looking in. A gated community takes away that worry. Easy freeway access to get anywhere!

Host was very responsive and helpful. Home was very clean and host provided many extras. Large home, comfortable beds, plenty of room for our multi-generational family or seven to spread out or relax and or eat together. Would highly recommend this home and this host.

Beautiful, spacious property
The townhome was so spacious and well insulated- making it the perfect place for my friends and I to stay during our trip. The check in process was super easy and I cannot recommend this spot enough, especially if you’re looking to be a bit outside of downtown SLC!

Tons of space, amazing view
I stayed at this townhouse on two separate spans during the same week with a break in the middle. Ryan was very accommodating and quick to answer when we had questions or issues. The house is huge with lots of room for sleeping or entertaining. There is a two car garage and that was nice to be able to use. The rooftop deck is amazing with panoramic views of SLC and the mountains. I will definitely stay at this house again when we visit SLC. Aside from a few hiccups with logistics that Ryan is still working through, we were very happy with the accommodations.
