”This place is very special! I can’t say enough about the owner and his staff, the breakfast experience, and the overall comfort, cleanliness, and timeless design of the space. Parking is easy, just a few steps away from the entrance. The bed was very comfortable (which is very important to me). The room was impeccably clean. I met wonderful guests and enjoyed my time getting to know the owner and hearing the history of the property and future growth.”

”Zermatt is based on a german town of the same name, and strives to emulate the same ascthetics. In this regard, it succeeds. But I suspect that, after Covid hit, it never fully recovered. There are empty buildings, small aspects that require attention, and outdated signage. Also, the spa is not complementary.”
