”We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel overall. The location was excellent, with easy access to all the places we wanted to visit, and having on-site parking was a real bonus.
Our room was clean, comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade on arrival, which was a lovely touch. We also appreciated that the receptionist personally showed us to our room, making us feel very welcome from the start.

”To say it was above a pub it was very quiet, the room looks like it’s just been refurbed, Room 3, new toilet, shower etc. the breakfast choice was great and quality second to none.
The staff were great, there when you needed them, out of sight when you didn’t.
Very homely feel and will 100% book again.
The Wi-Fi dies drop out at times but I guess it’s where the property is situated and not the pubs fault.
Overall 10/10 for me. Perfect spot, clean and comfortable, friendly staff and...

”Very good location near all Saltburn’s attractions, and the station a hundred yards away.The property is fully equipped (except for trays and a cafetière, the most eco-friendly method of making proper coffee), but the decor is quirky and may not be to everyone’s taste.Some rooms, including the kitchen are poorly lit because of small windows and could use better lighting.”
