”All great!”

”From Aurumn at the front desk assisting prior to our arrival to Ashley who exchanged our microwave for a working one at 1 AM!! to Riley who serviced our room, the attention to customer service was EXCEPTIONAL. We loved the spacious rooms & the shower was the best shower I've ever experienced in a hotel. My only critique is a lack of protein on the breakfast bar. I'm diabetic & unfortunately there were only high carbohydrate / sugary options available, so we skipped the complementary breakfast....

”Very quiet and great access to the beach”

”This is a new hotel so it's very modern and clean, which is nice but the best was the staff, they were so helpful and accommodating especially Sam at the front desk and Landen in the front Concierge as well as pretty much everyone. The hotel is situated within 3 blocks from the main strip in Beaufort. The best thing is it's completely dog friendly so we were able to take our two doggies with us no problem!”

”Hotel property is serene and located on the waterfront and marshes. Great coastal vibe. Ideal location to sightsee all around the Crystal Coast and beaches. Hotel staff, property, rooms and dining exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel. I will return as a guest often.”

”Loved the large comfy rooms. Great views from the balcony. Close to the water with outdoor seating to watch the boats coming in and out. Breakfast was amazing, hand made and brought to the room. AssistantGeneral Manager Dawn Cummings was so helpful and full of local info. Will be coming back here!!!”

”The management was unbelievable rude from time we checked into the time we left to point he had my mom upset so I don’t recommend this place not even for temporary reasons”

”Nice clean rooms. Clean sheets no bugs. Bed was comfortable. For the price you can't beat it. I would stay here again. It was nice and quiet.”

”Hampton Hotels gave me very good impression in the past, but this one made me very disappointed. To my surprise, the bathroom only includes one sink and doesn’t have any counter to put cups, soak and other items. I had to flush two times to clean the toilet. I woke up at midnight by click-click noise like a theft trying to open the door and later on I figured it came from the refrigerator starting. I had to turn it off the next night. The breakfast includes a few options but some foods are...

”It was a place to stay that’s for sure. Staff was always kind. AC turned on never worked tho. Water came out from the floorboards when stepped on. I could go on and on but I’ll end it here.”

”I liked the closeness to restaurants and the Bogue Inlet Pier. This was the main reason for the stay was for fishing. Only negative was the 1 hour delay to get in my room for check-in. The stated time was 3pm and I didn't get in until a little after 4pm.”
