”Best hotel experience we have probably ever had. The front desk lady (I forgot to get her name) but she made all the difference and was so helpful and kind. Breakfast staff were also so nice and the breakfast was amazing. 10/10 and will definitely be back!!!”

”Staff was friendly when I checked in. I don’t necessarily stay at hotels to watch TV but background noise is nice. The TV did not work and they said they couldn’t fix it until Monday. I was told checkout time was at noon which I thought was great since I was only staying 1 night and could sleep in. Twice the cleaning person tried to come in the room while I was still sleeping. So much for sleeping in. You would think that if someone was only staying 1 night, you would wait until the checked out...

”Every employee i encountered was perfectly trained for customer service. Breakfast was good, pool, hot tub, and fitness center were all great and well-maintained. I will definitely stay again next time im in the area.”

”Put in a handicap room. Toilet seat damaged and dark ring around inside of toilet bowl. These and other issues would make me never stay here again.”

”A bit worn out, but ok to stay for a night. Lot of noise between 9-11 pm. Neigbourhood had good services, but was a bit sketchy at evening. ”

”The rooms of the hotel are run down, smell bad, and not properly cleaned. The shower was filthy and had a lot of the previous guests hair all over. I would not recommend it to anyone. We had to sleep with the window open all night because the room smelled so bad, and even with the window open we couldn’t get relief from the stench. The pillows are as hard as a rock and worn out. Overall one of the most uncomfortable stays I’ve had.”

”I stayed for 4 nights so I had 4 mornings. My room wasn't serviced once in that time frame. No Coffee, coffee cups and lids, no shampoo, no soap, no fresh sheets or towels or wash cloths. Just a big nothing. The lamp on the night stand between the two beds didn't work or the bulbs were out. I asked the main counter about it and they had no answers, they said they would check next door at the Super 8 to see if they had some light bulbs but they never followed up on that, so no bedside lamp. ”Nice place. Good continental breakfast with a perfect pool/spa for kids with a depth of only 3-4ft. Rooms clean and updated, large bathroom - no tub in our room at least. Overall, happy with the stay.”

”If it’s possible to give no STARS I would. Ask for no smoking room it smelled like smoke. My daughter could touch the ceiling in the hall and she’s 12…weird building. Very worn and dirty…and asked for a room that sleeps three people gave me a room with one bed…. Would not give me a rollaway or other accommodation. Overall, a debacle”
