”I was staying on the first floor. People were smoking in the room above me. This is a nonsmoking hotel. I alerted the front desk three times and nothing was done. We had to check out and get another hotel at 11:45pm with two children. I was told to “take it up with Expedia” when I refused to pay for the night. I am not one to write reviews but this was such a terrible experience. Don’t stay here.”

”The hotel was ery clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful;. The room was clean. The only thing we didn't like there were no cups in the run and the ice bucket didn't have a top.”

”This property was everything we hoped it would be. The fitness center was an added bonus, especially because the breakfast was so delicious and sumptuous! I don't think we have ever seen such a spread for breakfast at any other facility. The handicapped parking for main building was a little sparse, especially at night, although there were other of those spots further down at the other building. Help was extremely pleasant; even the breakfast people, who were working very diligent keeping...

”We had a fantastic stay at the Springfield suites. Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly, the pool was great for the kids after a long day at Busch gardens, and the breakfast was included and it was fantastic. Everything was hot and fresh, the staff at breakfast was very attentive and helpful if we needed anything. Something different every morning and the kids were able to get a big breakfast in before we headed out. Every evening there was free ice cream in the lobby which the kids loved....
