”Beautiful and clean hotel. Staffs are friendly and efficient, excellent customer service, they all need a raise.😁. Breakfast buffet is delicious. The only downside is the shower is a little weird, it drains slowly and hot water is an issue, but I think cold shower is also good for your body anyway, it's healthier. But overall, I had an amazing stay, I hope they will maintain the property well so it will not deteriorate overtime just like other hotels because I will for sure stay here next...

”Everything else about Bernese was great, esp that they are pet-friendly. The restaurant good was great (some items excellent actually). Staff was very nice and accomodating. What I didn’t like about it was the fact that the faucet barely had water and the bathroom fixtures were quite poor. ”This was a great place to be based in Legazpi with a lovely outdoor pool that was warm thanks to some very sunny days. Our room looked out on the main road but this was in no way a problem and was not noisey. All the staff were warm and friendly, especially Callie who was always on duty in reception. She’s a little dog who quite happily sits on the reception desk greeting visitors. If you feel you want a change from the hotel food (which was good) you can order in from Grab but there is a charge...

”Would certainly stay again! Front desk and dining staff were excellent. Only quibble would be the remodeling going on during the stay. Was supposed to be from 8 am until 5 pm. Often it continued on into the evening, but I was in the Philippines. Island time is a real thing after all.”
