During the period of Salvador's Carnaval, the use of the parking space is restricted, and it is not possible for guests to use it. The reason is the vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall.

In the social hall, you will be greeted with elegance and comfort, providing a welcoming entrance to your temporary home. The on-site laundry facility, available for a fee, makes caring for your clothes during your stay easier, simplifying household tasks.

For leisure moments, our condominium offers a game room, gourmet lounge, modern gym, refreshing swimming pool for common use, and barbecue area for social gatherings. The pool typically closes on Mondays for treatment, but the condominium administration may close it on other days of the week for maintenance.
