*We provide bed linens and towels for your stay with us;

*As advertised, we do not charge for electricity for an average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate. We ask guests to take photos of the meters upon arrival and departure and send them to us for our records.*

***A security deposit of R$600.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (For New Year's Eve bookings, the security deposit will be doubled);

*******We do not allow guest changes while the stay is in progress, even if the number of people remains within the permitted capacity of the property.

The Studio is composed as follows:

1 Queen bed with a single auxiliary bed, TV, split air conditioning, curtain, blackout shades, wardrobes, minibar

The Rio Vermelho neighborhood is undoubtedly the best place to enjoy the best that Salvador has to offer. Besides the beach and proximity to tourist attractions, it also has markets, pharmacies, and best of all, you don't need a car.
