It features a two-burner induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, water purifier, electric coffee maker, blender, mini blender, sandwich maker, and a wide range of utensils. Everything has been designed to provide convenience and comfort throughout your stay.

The bedroom is cozy and well equipped, with a 43” Smart TV, air conditioning, blackout curtains, a full-length mirror, armchair, hangers, wall-mounted rack, and bedside lamps. It also includes chairs that can be used as a workstation, making it practical for both study and remote work.

The bathroom combines functionality and comfort, with a bidet spray, hair dryer, soap dispenser, toothbrush holder, towel racks, pedal bin, and a large mirror.

On the balcony, a table with chairs creates a pleasant spot for meals or simply relaxing outdoors.

To make longer stays even easier, the apartment also offers an iron and ironing board, floor drying rack, clothespins, as well as cleaning essentials such as a broom, mop, and dustpan.

The condominium offers excellent infrastructure in its common areas, carefully designed to provide comfort and well-being to its residents. The laundry room is equipped with modern machines that make the washing and drying process easier, ensuring convenience for everyone. The fully equipped gym is available for those seeking a fitness routine, with 500m² and complete infrastructure, sports bar, gourmet workplace and barbecue place, while the rooftop, which is one of the biggest in the city provides a stunning environment where residents can relax or socialize, enjoying the tranquility and the surrounding view.
