”This property is definitely in one of the best spots the Outer Banks has to offer. Located very centrally in Salvo, Frisco to Duck are both manageable drives away. The house is within walking distance to a local convenience store/gas station, and very manageable walk to the beach. Backyard is a gem, nice little pool and hot tub. Great for dogs and kids. Although, the propane grill downstairs needs to be removed - not only was it out of gas but it was so rusty from the ocean humidity it is...

” The Deck provided our family a wonderful base for our vacation. It was perfect for our twelve family members-four grandchildren sharing the bunk room and each child and their spouse having their own room. But by far the best part was the deck…covered with a ceiling fan, the hot tub, room for scooters, bubbles, and corn hole games. Trips to the end of the street to the walkway to the beach access, across the street to Dairy Queen which were frequent, down the street (just two miles) to Food...

”Beautiful & peaceful retreat with plenty to do. Hot tub, pool table and fooseball definitely got a workout. Little chilly for the pool but we tried. Lol. Lots of space to spread out. Will definitely vacation here again.”

”We loved the amount of space in the house. The rear pool and patio area is terrific. Location near the beach, hatteras loghthouse, the grocery is super. Lots of dishes to cook and eat from. Some of them were not well cleaned - we just made a habit of cleaning the dishes before we used them. Management was easy to communicate with.”

”We had a wonderful time at The Sea Urchin! You can’t beat the location - it is right on the beach which we truly enjoyed. We were there with four adults and a baby. We had plenty of space for everyone. It was nice they had a high chair and a gate to block the stairway for the baby. We had a wonderful time and would love to stay there again. Thank you!”

”The home is PRISTINE! It is tastefully decorated, well equipped and very comfortable. Every room has its own balcony. Tons of communal/family rooms, as well as private spaces to accommodate everyone! At the end of the street the house is on, is a path that leads straight to the beach! Absolutely wonderful stay!!!!
