Viihtyisä hotelli vanhassa kaupungissa
Hotellin palvelut toimivat hyvin myöhäisestä sisäänkirjautumisestä lähtien. Henkilökunta oli ystävällisiä ja auttavaisia kaikissa asioissa. Aamiaistila oli pieni, mutta toimiva. Huone oli siisti kylpyhuonetta myöten.

Staff failed with luggage storage
We had a nice stay, until the day of departure. In hotel information it says that they can store your luggage until your flight departures. However, the staff stored our luggage in some cleaning closet, and when we returned to the hotel, all our stuff - from toothbrushes to clothes, shoes and chocolate - was soaked with some cleaning detergent. All we got was a 10 euro refund, not even close to cover all the costs and trouble. Never going back to this hotel.

Dear Maria, thank you very much for choosing our hotel and for your comment in which we could read that you enjoyed your stay at our's. Of course I would like to underline that we are very very sorry that we failed with storing your luggage at the end of your stay as due to a mistake your Rucksacks got wet. We didn't do this intentionally and when we found out we immediately tried to find a solution. This should never happen again and from now on we will always store the luggage in a safe and dry place. Again, we are and were very sorry and tried to find a solution for you and the luggage. I can promise that we are definitely learning from this mistake. Helpful staff!! Dominic and Stephanie who are both co-owners were very helpful in planning my day in a new city. Very convenient location. There is no AC but a fan was provided and windows can be opened which was really helpful. Would recommend without hesitation!!

Lovely place and lovely staff
The location is perfect. It is along the pedestrian zone. Hence it is a car-free area but it is very close to all attractions. Many eating and drinking places nearby. All the main attractions are within walking distance. Hotel is managed by a lovely couple. We got a newly renovated room. Room is very clean and comfortable. This hotel is highly recommended. If you are driving, parking is at Mirabell Garage - a 5 min walk from the hotel. Carpark to street level is by steps. No lift/escalator.

Great value for the price. Walkable to the sights of Salzburg. Walkable from train station…15 mins..be sure to walk down street suggested on Goggle maps. We had an amazingly comfortable and all around wonderful stay at Trumer Stube! Location - could NOT be better to see Salzburg! Breakfast - OUTSTANDING, such care taken in all aspects of the meal!
