”Property does not have an owner on site, owner does not take calls or return messages. Took my money and did not ever show up to provide the room. I wasted 6 hours waiting and had to find another hotel. Never got the money refunded. Travelocity was no help. Nobody in the town had ever heard of the owner Total ripoff. Total fraud.”

”J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel pour une semaine avec deux de mes amies l'année dernière, en plein mois de juillet. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce lieu familial, le personnel est très sympathique et agréable, tout est propre et organisé pour que tout se déroule au mieux. Nous avions loué une voiture pour la semaine afin de pouvoir découvrir l'île et il a été très facile pour nous de garer la voiture, peu importe l'heure à laquelle nous rentrions. L'hôtel est situé à quelques mètres...

”Menia and Theodore were exceptional hosts. The apartment was cleaned daily (bins emptied, floors cleaned, bathroom cleaned and beds made). They checked on us continually to make sure we were happy. Would definitely recommend and know where to book in future.”

A Wonderful Stay at Oikos Boutique – Perfect for Families
We had a truly amazing stay at Oikos Boutique. We rented Villa B (Villa Deluxe) as two families – ten people in total, including four adults and six children. Among the children were three tall teenagers (15 and 17 years old) and three young girls aged between 7 and 11.

”No one at front desk—a man arrived but did not speak English; we thought he was a guest but he called someone on his cell phone and handed it to me—a woman spoke with me briefly and then the man showed us to our room. Old refrigerator; door did not close, freezer was full of frost. Very few patrons; good because cheap hollow core doors shut very loudly and marble floors very noisy. We could hear two people arguing on higher floor. 3 min walk to nice beach with an attendant bringing drinks. ...
