Motellit – Samish Island

”The rooms are spacious and the bed is comfy . The check-in was easy and the staff is incredible. The one thing about the rooms, they back up to a busy road , so expect some noise. But if you’re like me , you don’t really hear it , once you’re asleep.”

”Owners and staff were very nice. There was a massive leak in the ceiling in the bathroom when the upstairs room took a show it left a huge puddle in our bathroom. Our towels were wet before we discovered the leak in the ceiling so must have been left over from prior visit? No discount was offered by owner when informed. Bathroom cabinet had a message in there for management that was never discovered or just not removed. Hope someone traveling with kids does not find that message before...

”Remodeled older hotel. Room was small but clean. Bed was so creaky it woke me up. Friendly staff. A little pricey for what we got.”

”I do not expect palatial conditions. But I do expect the things they say they have, to work. This time, the TV. Long trip for business. Sorry, I really expect I should be able to turn on the TV and flop in bed. Not try to play engineer tying to figure out why the TV does not work. Eventually front desk personnel came by and fixed it. Cable disonnect fro, who knows, prior guest I guess. Who knows.”

”Clean room and nice staff. Convenient location, the outside of the building was rough looking and dirty. Area seemed a little sketchy but we didn’t have any complaints.”
