”Beautiful place for retreat or a getaway if you like countryside . River st joe and forest with good hotel facility .the breakfast is excellent and the breakfast area overlooks the river - very tranquil !!! They also have a separate gym close to the check in area .”

”The rooms and facilities are heated both for business meetings, travelling business people, and single and family travellers as well. The continental breakfast is the best I’ve seen! Room heaters and air conditioners are very quiet compared to most other hotel rooms. The off-season pricing was really fair, too, and offered us the best value, period.”

”I was in a bind and had to book at room at this place. I paid $482 for a night (surge pricing) and ended up not staying because it was not clean. The bathroom in lobby said out of use, yet as I waited and rang the bell, the staff member came out of the bathroom. What? Out of order but he comes out. Hotel room toilet had something sketchy and hotel in general had a bad odor. We did not stay but didn't get a refund.”

”first room smelled like cigarette smoke. Fan in bathroom was banging and sounded like an airplane was crashing in the ceiling. Floors in room were filthy. ”

”This seems to be a hotel in transition and it has major problems. Regardless of the staff's efforts the hotel needs major capital repairs and updating.”

”The hotel had only one flaw. The pillows were overstuffed, hard and impossible to sleep on. I slept without one on the first night then went to Target to buy a pillow. May I suggest the Goldilocks solution. Since there are 3 pillows - one should be hard, one medium and one soft. All just right for for the traveler ”

”Property has changed ownership and the new owners are horrible. I had made this reservation 6 months ago as soon as I purchased tickets to the Luke Combs show. The new owners refused to honor my original rate that I had reserved months ago and decided to increase the rate by over $65 the day of. It was completely unacceptable and the most ridiculous situation I've been in. the hotel was run down and not clean as the previous reviews had said. I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel now that...

”No breakfast, only coffee and muffins. Room smelled of fish and ten cans of bounce dat ass! TV didn’t work, lamp by bed didn’t work. Tried to check in at 4, no clean rooms available. Left and came back, still no room. Didn’t get in until around 8pm. Didn’t get the king studio I reserved, never going back! ”
