-- BEDROOMS --
You will have plenty of room to spread out thanks to four spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a Smart TV to watch your favorite shows, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is outfitted with a cozy queen-size bed, a Smart TV, and dedicated workspace complete with a computer. The third bedroom has a full-size bed and a Smart TV. The fourth bedroom includes a bunk bed with a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin-size bed on top, plus a Smart TV.

If you’re traveling with little ones feel free to use the pack n’ play, stroller, and high chair!

-- BATHROOMS --
The half bathroom is located downstairs between the foyer and kitchen. The second bathroom is located off the master bedroom and boasts a large walk-in shower, along with plenty of drawer and counter space for all your personal items. The third bathroom is located in the upstairs hallway, and is attached to the fourth bedroom. It is similarly equipped with counter and drawer space and a shower/tub combo. Both full-size bathrooms include towels and essential toiletries (body wash, shampoo, conditioner).

-- KITCHEN --
From coffee makers to an ice machine, you'll be able to cook meals, make drinks, and take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen. Aside from all the kitchen basics, you’ll also find a toaster, a blender, and a dishwasher. If you’re traveling with young ones, there are kids' plates, bowls, and cups available for use in addition to a high chair.

When it comes time for enjoying your meals, you can cozy up to the bar seating in the kitchen, or head over to the beautiful wood dining table. The large kitchen/dining area is perfect for morning chats, family meals and game night.

The living room is the first room you'll see when you enter the house. Spend your free time lazing on the plush furnishings or watching a movie on the Smart TV - complimentary Netflix included! There is also a loft area on the second floor that features a large sectional for lounging.

Guest Access:
Entire space is included in this rental with the exception of the garage and one of the closets, both are off limits for guests. Please, make yourself at home.

The Neighborhood:
Located in northwest San Antonio, our home is close a part of Alamo Ranch. It is a quiet place to call home and is close to SeaWorld San Antonio.

Getting Around:
The easiest way to get around is by car.

Other Things to Note:
Please remember this is a home, not a hotel. We ask that you treat the space with care. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site and support isn't available 24-hours a day.

Interaction with Guests:
We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

Additional Rules:
We’re committed to being great neighbors, and we strictly enforce these rules to ensure the comfort and safety of our community.

- NO Parties or Gatherings: Absolutely no parties or gatherings. Sojora uses a noise monitoring device that detects noise levels inside the unit to detect parties. Sojora has a zero-tolerance policy, and if a party has been detected, your reservation will be terminated without a refund and you will be charged a fee of $500.

- NO Smoking: Smoking of any kind (including tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vape pens, and hookahs) is never allowed at this property. This applies to the entire house, including the balcony or patio, as well as all outdoor areas of the house. Sojora properties may be monitored with marijuana and tobacco sensors. If smoking is detected, the guest will be charged a $500 fee, and the reservation will be canceled.

- Pets: Pets must be approved before hand. Dogs only. There is a $150 pet fee per reservation. If an unauthorized pet is detected, the guest will be charged a $500 fee, and the reservation will be cancelled.
