”The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. ”

”The lobby looks nice and the breakfast was amazing! I thought location was good because it’s close to the airport, however, we had a terrible incident. Someone broke into my daughter’s truck and another truck was stolen the second night we were there. We were going to leave early the next day but this incident delayed our trip and was a great inconvenience. Thank God our truck was not stolen but feel very bad for the other guy!”

”My family and I stayed here for my son’s Air Force graduation. The bathroom was horrible. There’s no ventilation in it so when anyone took a shower the entire bathroom was wet. The floor was nice subway tile but was slick and a serious fall hazard after showers due to there not being any exhaust vents. 5 of us stayed in the room. We had to keep asking for towels and wash cloths. They would only put four towels and two wash cloths in the bathroom. We ended up going and buying loofas at the dollar...

”The staff and property were very nice. The rooms were spacious and thoughtfully organized, which made the stay very comfortable. We sat at the bar for cocktails and were pleasantly surprised by the variety of premium brands available. The beds were also super comfortable and made for a great night’s sleep.
My only complaint was that the water never got truly hot and was lukewarm at best. I did not report the issue, so it may have been something that could have been fixed, but my schedule did...
