Nice place; game room was loads of fun for the grand kids. House has some wear showing but it is a great “in-town” vacation spot; 1 suggestion would be that the putt-putt coarse be repaired and cleaned up.. It’s a fantastic idea and looks cool on photos and would surely be fun, but its actual condition and lack of yard maintenance make it unusable as intended. Also, loved the ping pong table and basketball too!!

Sea World & Fredericksburg Excursions

The property was a perfect location for going to Sea World for 2 days and a short distance to Winery’s in Fredericksburg! Communication with property owner was quick for any concerns and made us feel at ease. We all enjoyed the comfortable environment to rest, eat and sleep after spending long days outdoors.

This house was a great choice for my teenager and a few friends. Spacious, clean, lots of space fun amenities in the game room, basketball hoop, and ping pong. Nice and cool too on a hot summer day.

Nice large home with amenities. We had 6 people with our group & had plenty of space. Homeowner is very quick in responding to my texts. We had an issue with the floors & he had his cleaning crew come out immediately to take care of the problem. Daniel is very accommodating.

Thanksgiving Week 2023

Awesome home for our family. This our second rental with the owner Daniel Levi and I cannot say enough good things about our stay. Very spacious and the layout was just perfect for us. Kitchen was more than I’d hoped for as we hosted Thanksgiving dinner. Two ovens and a bar area made it easy. Kids loved the game room and mini golf course.bed were comfortable and rooms were clean and had room to put things away. Master suite was a great bonus with the sitting room for me to do some gift bags and get away when I needed some quiet time. Everyone decided they want to come back next year to this house. Thank you Daniel for everything!

Fiesta Texas was Fabulous

Our stay was only to sleep. It had many entertaining features that we unfortunately did not take advantage of. The coffee shop nearby was great. The trip was uneventful and Fiesta Fright night was awesome. Only complaint, was not enough towels and washclothes. If we did want to cook there were not enough appliances either. It was a good location and lovely area. Thanks . Angela

Quick Weekend Getaway

This home is huge! The master bedroom and bath is massive! The room with the queen bed had plenty of room for my husband and I. We used one bunk room for my older children and the other for our pack n play with our baby. We were able to spread out and have plenty of space. The game room was a cool idea, but the games weren’t in good shape. The skee ball was broken, and parts of the fusball table were broken/badly slanted. My kids still LOVED it though and there was lots of fun had in that game room! The host was very quick to respond, and easy to work with.

Excellent home

The home was spacious, clean, and just what we needed for our family of 9 visiting for graduation. The baskeball hoop amd game room were definitely an added plus and kept our teens entertained and occupied. Owner provided excellent communication before and during the stay. Thank you for having us!

Overall a good stay

Overall, we had a good stay at the house. Family room seating was comfortable and plenty of kitchen and seating space at the tables. It made for nice family time and meal gatherings. Like a previous reviewer, we were disappointed in the game room. We chose this house mainly for that. The teens enjoyed it well enough, but the equipment can use some updating and repair. We made due with what we had. There were also some cosmetic things that could have been addressed. For example, there was a piece of tissue sticking out of a hole by the fireplace. Not sure what that was for, but seemed odd for that to be stuck in there. We meant to report it but forgot. We did have some issues with the toilet in the master bath, we contacted the host and someone came out the next morning to fix it. We were there during a very cold snap so we weren't able to enjoy the back yard. It looked like a very nice space. Great neighborhood! Overall, a nice stay, just needs a little more attention to smaller details. Sorry I didn't review sooner!

Game room not as listed & had a super gross experience

We had a mini family reunion and thought this was the perfect place due to the game room. That was the reason we picked this house but turned out to be no balls for the skee-ball, the air hockey paddles were all broken (notified the host about both of these and nothing was done, we were just told the balls should be there), the ping pong paddles were missing rubber on one side and there is only 1 foosball table and not two as pictured. The worst part is the pee-soaked blanket we found in the closet (several of the closet doors were off their hinges and difficult to maneuver). No one wanted to sleep in any of the beds after that. Obviously it’s something the previous guest did, but everything in the house should have been cleaned and checked before we arrived. There was also a ton of dead insects on window sills, ledges, counters. I understand some of this likely happened after the house was cleaned but there were a lot. Between the bugs and the pee blanket, we were all pretty grossed out. There was no laundry detergent to at least wash the blanket. No paper towels to clean up the dead insects. Overall the house was nice. The host said to contact him for any issues and he would fix them but all we got was I am sorry, I will contact the cleaning company. We were all a bit disappointed, but it was a good location.

Vacation getaway

Very nice area. Perfect for going to sea world. Alamo. River walk. Shopping. We had a blast. Daniel was wonderful. He was quick and helpful!! Would stay again for sure!!

Roaches!

The coffee maker did not work which was no big deal and did not need to notify the host. We did notice the outside was unkempt both the front and back. We did notice a couple of dead roaches in the kitchen and master bathroom. A live one in the kitchen, laundry room, and hallway leading to game room. I did not let the host know about the situation because you just deal with it at the time. The location was amazing, the neighborhood was awesome, and great access to major highways.
