The property is accessible with your four digit door code. As part of your stay, a damage waiver is included in your booking total. We may also require an additional online check-in using our web-based Hosted Havens Guest Portal. This is to complete, when needed, our special, local compliance rental agreement, ID verification, and/or up to $200 security deposit. This process is just like when you check in at the front desk of a hotel or rent a car, except our front desk is online (no app required)! Please note, arrival details will only be sent once these steps are completed and refunds aren't possible if skipped.

Located across the street for the Collins Garden Park, guests are in easy access to the largest HEB grocery store and in safe quarters near the San Antonio Police department.
