Sijainti! Tämä kolme makuuhuonetta, kaksi kylpyhuonetta, 1350sqf koti 3 makuuhuoneessa on 7 hengen vuoteet sekä lisävuodesohvatuoli, joka aukeaa parivuodelle sekä taitettava sänky. Molemmat ovat erittäin mukavia! Tämä koti voi nukkua yhteensä 9 henkilöä. Koti sisältää kaiken mitä tarvitset ja se on täysin kalustettu ja varustettu. Koti sisältää älytelevisioita, joita voidaan käyttää Netflixin kanssa, ja kaikkia kaapelikanavia sekä olohuoneessa että makuuhuoneessa, Wi-Fi, pesukone ja kuivaaja ja paljon muuta.

Korkeat katot ja kattoikkunat tekevät tästä valoisan ja kutsuvan tilan. Puulämmitteinen takka. Se sisälsi myös viileän Pelihuoneen pitää hauskaa talossa. Erinomaisella paikalla kaiken keskellä!

Awesome cozy place

This was an amazing trip and stay. The kids loved the pool and yard to play and run in. It was really clean and cozy, had plenty of room for us! Would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing Oasis

It’s was an awesome place to relax. It was close to major grocery and restaurants. Check in and out process was easy. BBQ grill was awesome to relax by the pool and grill.

Overnight stay in San Antonio

My family and I stayed here for just one night before our early flight the next morning. The house was very clean and the bedrooms were nice for our family of 4 adults and 4 children. The kids enjoyed the pool and pool table. I had a couple issues with the home but nothing I felt needed attention right away since we were only there for the night. Daniel was very responsive and was made aware of the issues so he could make them right before his next guests checked in. Daniels home is only 15 minutes to airport so it was super convenient for us.

Very disappointed about our stay

The house has very nice potential,but there was a lot of things that were not done before the stay. I paid a lot of money to stay in the house and I didn't receive the amenities that were listed. My first time trying this out and my last.. Also communication is key I am a business owner and I am big on that and communication took hrs,we traveled a long way for my family to be unhappy. I feel the price was not worth it also there are a bunch of things that we can be charged for but what happens when the property didnt offer all the emeneties and the main selling point being the pool.

The place looked great in the pictures, but in reality…not so much. The pool had not been cleaned upon our arrival, left for some food and returned as the pool person was leaving and it looked like he hardly touched it which was a bummer since we were really looking forward to it. The game room sounded fun, but it was way too cramped to actually play pool without bumping into walls.The whole house had a weird smell we couldn’t quite figure out, and to top it off, WiFi was not working and we couldn’t connect to the tv’s. Communication with the host was super slow; we had to wait hours just to get simple answers.Overall, it just didn’t live up to the listing. Definitely not what we were hoping for.

Renter Beware

The pictures don’t accurately reflect the property. Broken blinds, exposed plumbing, dirty dishes and a smelly dishwasher are a few noteworthy items. It was unacceptable, so we left early. In exchange for not giving a bad review, the owners agreed to a full refund. 6 weeks later and hours of follow up resulted in us getting back 25%.

Disappointing

I specifically booked this place because of the pool table and dart board. There was no dart board when arrived. The pool table was too wobbly to play on and almost all pool sticks were too damaged to use. Further into our stay the coffee machine didn’t work. While the place was nice, it was just falsely advertised based on the pictures. The management did their best to accommodate based on the issues but overall the experience was disappointing.

Not what we expected

This place was chosen for its proximity to Six Flags and looked decent in the online photos. Unfortunately, our brief stay wasn’t very comfortable. The entire house smelled like potent Pine-Sol and dirty mop water. Neither the front or back door had weather stripping and did not fit well with gaps large enough to see daylight through. The queen size bed had a huge sink hole in the middle which was very uncomfortable and the twin beds weren’t much better. All night long we heard the dog outside next door barking along with sirens. For the price we paid, we expected a more comfortable and quality experience. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place and would definitely not stay here again.

Won’t Stay Again!

Arrived to a dark colored wood deck swimming pool. Not to mention the mosquitoes that did not allow us to be outside due to the high brush surrounding the entire back yard! Restroom door to the master bedroom was more of a sliding closet door which did not shut. Walls of house have poor soundproof and could hear everything happening in every room. Not to mention the location. Cops sirens the entire night followed by neighbors asleep outiside in their front lawn drunk!!! Last straw was lights went out due to small storm. Had to vacate house at the middle of the night!🤬🤬🤬

Communication and safety could have been better

The host took a while to respond and a lot of what was in the binder was not accurate like the wifi information. We also notice the front door was not secure, the lick was shaved down weird so all it would take is a swift shove and you could get inside. I stayed for a Bachelorette party with all women and we were really excited to use the pool. However, while talking late at night outside by the pool we realized he was out walking his dog and felt a little uncomfortable. About an hour or so later we thought he went back inside but we heard a sneeze.. He had been staring and listening the whole time so we grabbed all our stuff and didn't go back outside until we checked out. The fact that we were all women made us all feel really uncomfortable with the safety at the house.

Great place, great communication!

We loved the property! My daughter and I stayed here along with her dog. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved that it had a fenced in backyard and also a separate gate for the pool. It was also close to attractions. One day during our stay, we came home and the AC was not working properly. The temperature was 90° in the house. We messaged Daniel, and he was quick to call someone out to fix the situation. We really appreciated the good communication and felt like he was genuinely concerned. He told us there were fans in every closet, so we used those and cooled off in the pool until it was fixed. The pool itself could've been a little cleaner, but nothing to keep us from enjoying it. Everything else was extremely clean and they also updated the bedspreads in all the rooms which I think look better than the pictures. It is in the medical district so we heard the ambulances when we were outside, but didn't even notice them while inside. Would definitely stay here again!

Ok, is not Okay

Let me start by saying that the pictures of this properry are very deceiving and don't show the real condition of the property. The neighborhood is in a convenient location, but is a bit dirty and the houses around are not well kept. The property had a funny smell when we arrived, the stove was not really clean, but the rest of the kitchen was ok. We had trouble with the master bedroom bathroom door, we couldn't open and close easy so we had to keep it open the whole time. The couch on the patio was looking very old and not really clean, same with the Grill outside. The corn hole area was ok, but there was a piece of wood in the back that it was an eye sore. The arcade room has an ac unit that doesn't cool enough and it hot all the time. The pool and the deck were nice but the furniture can use an upgrade. The host was responsive, except when it came the time to get our deposit back. Its been 10 days and he said it would take 5 to 7 days. I paid 300 extra to have a party there plus cleaning fee on time. I expected the same in return but I am not sure he has intentions of fulfilling his part. I am not interested in returning to this property and I will encourage others to read the reviews and save you some time and find better options for your stay in SA. I tried adding some picture but the app didn't let me, but I documented everything i mentioned here.

Graduation Travel

We had a wonderful stay at place. It was not expensive for the amount of time spent and all the amenities that were provided. Quick on and off to Lackland Base if you're here for graduation. The area around was pretty quiet. Lots of places and activities within shordrive from house.

The property was clean and very nice to stay in. The only thing that i did not like about the property was that the water was cold and did not keep a consistent warm/ hot temperature in the shower. Over all it was comfortable to stay in.

Great for kids and families

This house was so perfect for our kids! It was 2 moms and 6 kids taking an end of school year/summer kick off trip, and both of us agreed, this is a great place for kiddos! The pool table/game room was a big hit with the kids! (Except it was fairly hot in there, as they had remodeled the garage, and I’m not sure the AC worked as well there). And the moms agreed that the fenced in pool with a locking gate was awesome so the little one wouldn’t be able to get to the pool without a grown up. The beds were comfortable, and everyone had plenty of space. Every night, we all curled up on the enormous couch and watched a movie (Netflix, Disney+, etc on the TV). It was about 10-15 min from sea world, which was our ultimate destination. It was a very easy drive to and from. All in all, a great stay!

Review of Stay

The property was nice, it was an older home that did not have enough cabinet space in the kitchen. The toilet did not work the first night but it was replace the next morning which was GREAT! I'd suggest the owner purchase toilet paper holders - I know there is no space to put on the wall but a stand up holder would work great.

Our San Antonio stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was easy access to the river walk, top golf, and other area attractions. Even though the weather wasn’t super warm, we could still enjoy the pool (although chilly) and deck. We would stay here again
