Very unique spaces in this spectacular house both inside and out!! Our backyard firepit is surrounded by peppered gravel, lush artificial grass, hanging lantern baskets, string lights, gas grill, charcoal grill and plenty of firewood all sorted out for you. Oh and a covered patio with 2 ceiling fans, Foosball Table and plenty of cushioned chairs. Inside you will find bedrooms with 10 to 12 built-in dresser drawers with sliding closet doors. TV's in each bedroom and 1 in the Livingroom. Mostly 9ft ceilings throughout. Tile and hardwood floors. Tiled bathrooms. Tall kitchen cabinets with a stunning backsplash and plenty of outlets. Central heat and cold air. So grab your coffee and pick a chair to relax in while you wait for everyone else to wake up.

The Midnight Lantern property had everything needed for a wonderful stay in San Antonio. The backyard had an amazing area to relax with our son and family after his graduation from BMT with games and two types of BBQ grill (gas and charcoal). Conveniently located between the San Antonio city center and Lackland AFB. About a 15 minute drive to base (depending on traffic) which made the early morning commute a breeze. We had zero complaints about this home, beautifully decorated per theme with a sprinkle of St. Patrick’s day holiday cheer. Special thank you to the hosts for being so accommodating and make our visit to San Antonio one to remember!

What a wonderful stay our family had! The backyard was a hit with our four year old granddaughter! The open space and activities were super fun for her! The house was clean and comfortable! Pretty well stocked kitchen for dishes and cooking things! Word of note-bring your own laundry detergent!

This was one of the easiest homes to navigate with the most thoughtfully designed details we have ever stayed in. Everything was well laid out, very organized, and clearly labeled, which made settling in effortless from the moment we arrived. You can tell the hosts truly anticipated what guests might need - the home was fully stocked with supplies and small details that made a big difference.The décor was adorable and perfectly balanced - warm and inviting without feeling cluttered. Honestly, I want to hire them to decorate my own home!It was also exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained. Every space felt welcoming, calm, and functional.We have stayed in many rentals over the years, and this one stands out for how comfortable and seamless the entire experience was.

Had a weekend trip in the city for a birthday celebration. Upon arriving we noticed everything was so cute just like the photos but the door to the garage in the back of the property would not close. It left us feeling very eery thinking someone was coming and going. When leaving we came upon some roaches. I notified the property owners about the gross pests and the reaction seemed very unconcerned. I did appreciate their honesty and attention to detail with the property as a whole though.

Everything we needed was provided and the outdoor area was amazing—- gave us quality time with family and we used the kitchen and grills to cook meals together for a birthday celebration. The kids were able to run around and play games and make smores. Definitely recommend this house for your next stay. Cozy and delightful and spacious. Hosts were extremely friendly and communicative! We loved our stay.

We looked at so many properties for our stay while we were in town for AF BMT and we kept coming back to this one. In short, we are extremely happy that we did. We stayed for a few extra days so that we could take in the area. The number one thing we can say is that this property is in a great centralized spot. It was close to everything we wanted and everything we needed. The neighborhood was mostly quiet but it is a typical middle class neighborhood which may not appeal to everyone. That being said, if you look at all the pictures of this place, is it truly all that and more. There are so many nice touches and thoughtful amenities. They really have thought of everything and its definitely not their first rodeo...lol We would 100% return if we needed to go back to San Antonio. 100% receommend.

Nice little getaway!

My family and I all really enjoyed this house both inside and outside! It rained a couple of the days we stayed so the backyard covered patio from the driveway was great! The driveway parking was great! I wish we would’ve had time to enjoy the backyard more. The house had everything we needed! I will be looking to book this property in future visits! Hosts were awesome and answered all my questions very quickly! Thank you!
