Well situated Hotel
The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast offerings were meager, all things considered. Having travelled extensively in the past month, we had greater expectations considering the price of the room.

Staff was welcoming and accommodating upon check-in arrival. Breakfast was good both of the days we were there. Staff kept the property clean. Room was clean just a little outdated. The fridge didn't keep things as cold and both couches had noticeable stains. Hotel is close distance to a lot of places and huge perk to have parking included. We went to the H-E-B across the street and they even had security. Would stay here again as we felt safe. Good hotel for families and pets.

Parking is limited. The elevators are the worst ever for such a big hotel. Only 2 and the are soooo slow and not air conditioned. Breakfast was good. Beds and room was very nice.

The staff was excellent, the place was clean was about 6 minutes drive to the river walk and the Álamo. Close to the Alamo dome as well. Good pool. Would stay again.

My problem was check-in. I paid extra to check-in at 1 pm and it was not ready. I told the clerks that I would be seating in front of their desk and when it was ready they could have walk to me to tell me it was ready. This is POOR service. I will have to change to different hotels next time we go to San Antonio, TX.

This is a very nice modern hotel and our room was a large with a separate lounge area. The breakfast was good with a large breakfast area. The hotel has a large car park with free parking and the hotel is located within walking distance to the city and river walk. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

It is right next to a HEB grocery store that sells gasoline too. They had good prices on food and gas. I liked the Dove toiletries provided. The pool was clean. The fitness center was taken care of. Unfortunately our bathtub was curved weird on the floor of it making it hard to stand in to shower and didn't drain properly. In all fairness we didn't report the drain issue. The furniture in our room was well worn. It was quiet in our room which was a huge plus and was clean.

Property is close to the Mercado and Riverwalk. Included breakfast is good. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room service was lacking, our bedsheets were never changed and drinking cups were not replenished.

I stayed for 5 night and when I checked-in, the front desk guy was so kind. He didn't mention about that I should request to clean-up the room every day but it was not needed till last night when we arrived at the hotel/room and it was no clean. We called Front Desk to request help and the front desk on duty Sabrina Santos said I should wait till next morning, but we were leaving the hotel that morning. She had a no customer service attitude and unfortunately next morning, I couldn't talk/complain to her managers Crystal or Ruben as they were both out for lunch. This is an unfortunate situation and take care of this person Sabrina Santos.
