Getting around is easy! Free parking is available on-site for your convenience. For those flying in, San Antonio International Airport (SAT) is approximately a 15-minute drive away. While ride-sharing services are readily available, the apartment's location offers convenient access to major roadways for easy exploration of the city. Public transportation options are available nearby, providing access to downtown San Antonio and other attractions, though a personal vehicle or ride-sharing is generally the most convenient.

Please note that this is a professionally managed property located within a quiet residential community. Guests are expected to respect all house rules and community guidelines to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.



Important information and rules:

• Guests have access to resort-style amenities including pools, fitness areas, lounge rooms, and outdoor spaces.

• A MINUT noise detector is installed for community compliance — it measures sound levels only and does not record audio.

• Quiet hours are from 10 PM – 6 AM. Please keep noise to a reasonable level at all times.

• No smoking or vaping inside the unit or on the patio/balcony. A $1,000 cleaning fee will apply for any violation.

• Parking pass must be returned to the TV stand in the living room at checkout. A clear photo must be sent to confirm. Lost or unreturned passes will incur a $100 replacement fee.

• Only registered guests included in the booking are permitted to stay overnight. Unregistered or additional guests will be charged a nightly fee per person unless prior arrangements have been approved by the host.

• Please treat the home and community with care and report any damages immediately.

• Late checkout requests must be approved in advance and may be subject to an additional fee.
