No early check-in before 4:00 PM and no late check-out after 11:00 AM.

No smoking or vaping of cigarettes, marijuana, or any other substance is allowed inside the property.

NO PETS ALLOWED. Pets are not permitted on the property. Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning, deodorizing, damage, or replacement charges. This rule does not modify Airbnb’s applicable policies regarding service animals.

Hanging out, gatherings, games, music, or any other outdoor activity is strictly prohibited after 10:00 PM. Please be respectful of our neighbors.

MAX 6 CARS AT ALL TIMES. Please park in the driveway/garage only. No sidewalk blocking, to avoid fines.

Commercial filming and photoshoots are only allowed with prior written consent and the required permits. A location fee applies.

Hot tub / jacuzzi rules:
- No food, glassware, or sharp objects are allowed inside or near the hot tub. If any glass is found inside or near the hot tub, there will be an extra $150 cleaning/maintenance fee.
- No urinating or defecating inside the hot tub. If we find proof of this, there will be an extra $250 cleaning/maintenance fee.
- Guests must not attempt to repair hot tub equipment or machinery.
- Do not throw shampoo, soap, or any other products into the hot tub. Doing so may result in a $150 penalty fee.
