Maa tuntuu Boernen keskellä

Upea uusi kiinteistö sijaitsee keskellä Boerne. Erittäin yksinäinen ja sitä ympäröivät valtavat tammet. Helppo kävelymatka Main Street -kadulle (6 korttelia). Old Depot-kävelyreitti on puolen korttelin päässä. Valitse polku itään Cibolo Creekiin tai länteen Bumdoodlers Piesiin! Depot-mökki rakennettiin hiljattain joulukuussa 2016 Hill Country -kalkkikivestä. Se on mallinnettu Main Street -kadun vanhan luontokeskuksen historiallisen rakennuksen jälkeen. Depot-mökki sijaitsee kadulla, jota aiemmin kutsuttiin Depot-katuksi ja joka sijaitsi Boerne-depotiasemalla. Siinä on parisänky ja kaksi rullaväliä, joihin mahtuu aikuisia tai lapsia. Se on sisustettu kauniisti antiikkihuonekaluilla ja siinä on myös kaikki modernit mukavuudet (WIFI sisältyy hintaan). Kolme hehtaarin kiinteistö on aidatulla, ja siellä on pieni aidattu ruohoalueella lemmikkien pitämiseksi turvassa. Näet valkopyörän ja akselihirvat viereisissä ominaisuuksissa. Nauti kaikista Boernen keskustan mukavuuksista tunteen olosi yksinäiseksi Texas Hill Countryssa.

Such a lovely cottage with a beautiful view. My husband and I sat outside in the evenings to see deer grazing, which was so relaxing. The cottage itself has every amenity needed for a stay. The bed was comfortable, the shower was excellent, and the entire cottage was clean. There is a small, fenced area for a dog in the front of the cottage that is enough room to run off energy. The weekend we booked was rainy, but with the covered patio and chairs, we were still able to sit outside under the covered porch without getting wet. So relaxing and we will definitely be back. Oh, I almost forgot, it is close to a walking nature path and is a walkable distance to shops and restaurants maybe about 10 min walk away.

The Depot Cottage is truly a GEM in Boerne, Texas. Location and amenities are nothing short of excellent. It's a peaceful setting with lots of wildlife surrounding you - deer. We loved the neighborhood. We took the trail-way for a quick morning walk. The Depot Cottage is equipped with very, very nice and beautiful furniture and every convenience item that you need. The Depot Cottage interior looks like it was professionally decorated - quality throughout! We loved our stay and will hopefully stay again. Thank you, Terry. Our stay was top notch!!

Host was polite and accommodated 1 request. We were able to walk to the downtown area and meander. It was also close to the event,Cave without a Name, we were visiting. The cottage was extremely clean and had all the amenities.

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at the Depot Cottage while attending a family reunion. It was perfect for our 2 dogs too with a huge fenced field for them to run and a smaller fenced area right off the front porch. The cottage was beautifully outfitted with everything we needed. There were lots of deer to watch and beautiful trees making for a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of a busy family weekend. Highly recommend.

It was lovely, cute, little place. I liked that it was a gated property. Quiet neighborhood. Had the most comfortable pillow! Pretty granite countertops. Had everything you would need in the kitchen, coffee. Nice yard. I would stay there again! Great experience!

Absolutely perfect. The cottage is exactly what I dream of when I think about a quiet cottage in the woods. So close to Main Street and yet you don’t hear a sound. Nothing. No cars, no people just the trees and this visit the beautiful rain. Loved sitting on the front porch watching the deer! Could not ask for more.

We stayed 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the cottage! Everything we needed was there. The cottage was excellent…very comfortable, cozy and relaxing! Enjoyed coffee each morning sitting and reading on the front porch watching the deer. The setting was awesome and private. Access to & from the cottage was very easy. We will definitely look to stay here again next time we’re in Boerne! Thanks so much!
