✹ GENERAL: As guests, your whole group can enjoy private access to the entire home.

✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for 1 small vehicle under carport. There is NO parking allowed in the area outside of the home as that is an Emergency Access ONLY. Owners will be towed at owners expense. Please refer to the House Rules. There is usually plenty of available street parking as well.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed wifi available throughout the home, plus a designated workspace in the third bedroom with actual Ethernet access ports in Living Room and all Bedrooms.

✹ PETS: We have a no-pet policy due to allergies. Thank you for understanding. Service dogs accepted but must provide the state issued license at time of registration.

Other things to note
