The staff was very pleasant however it was the hotel itself. When we stepped out the elevator on the 2nd floor it smelled like sewage which also made the room smell so bad. The issue was resolved however it took awhile. The clean towels were stained like if they needed two more washes. I asked for replacements and the staff provided them. I asked for additional pillows for the pull out sofa and the front desk staff said no. They stated that the 4 pillows on the bed were sufficient.
I stayed here last year and had a good experience not sure what the issue is this year. I do not plan to stay here ever again.
