Never again. While the furnishings and appearance were well done, and the staff were very helpful, we’d never stay here again. The noise from neighboring buildings heat and air rooftop units and street noise was constant and annoying. Even 8 stories up, we could hear people partying and just talking. Why? The windows were all single pane glass, wood double hung type that had never been upgraded. They let in cold air and noise everywhere. In fact, the management provided several sets of earplugs and even a ‘sound machine’ waiting in the room, which tells you everything. The bedroom window has a cheap Venetian blind, with no blackout curtains. Sleep at this place is a lot of work. The location was great near the riverwalk but lots of homeless around. For the money, this was more of a headache than a vacation.
