Welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom home located in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located minutes away from Downtown, The River Walk, The Historic San Antonio Missions, IH 35 and loop 410. If you prefer to stay home and relax, we have a large covered back patio with a ceiling fan to cool off. Enjoy grilling on our large BBQ pit while you sip on a cold refreshing beverage. We have plenty of sitting on our comfy patio set where you can enjoy a nice outdoor meal in our fully fenced back yard. Plastic dishware available for entertaining outdoors. Play corn hole, Jenga or yard pong! If you prefer to stay indoors, enjoy relaxing on our new couches as your watch your favorite movie our 65 inch TV.

*Kitchen is fully stocked with the necessities needed to prepare a nice warm meal. Ample counter space with tall beautiful white cabinets to accent the space. A fully stocked coffee bar will be available for those early mornings craving or to sip on with some pan de dulce from a local bakery.
*Dining room is set for 6-8 guest. Enjoy our open concept dining room and living area.
*All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, new memory foam mattresses with new comfortable bedding's. Smart TV's with ability for you to log into your favorite streaming apps. Dressers and closets for storge space. Designated desk area for studying or tackling work assignments.
Living room- Sitting for 8 guests on our comfortable couches. Enjoy watching a movie on our new TV.
*Bathroom is fully stocked with white plush towels, black face towels designated for make up removal, hair blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Shower head is removeable and is equipped with multii-functions.
*Backyard- Large covered patio area perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Enjoy a meal outdoors on our patio set that sits underneath our outdoor ceiling fan. Large BBQ pit and prep table available for our guest. Our door games stored underneath prep table storage area.

Located near Texas A&M-SA, Lackland AFB, UIW- Medical campus, AT&T Center and Port San Antonio. Other local attractions include: The pearl, Sea Word, Six flags, Sea World and The shops at la Cantera. Recreational areas located within minutes for hiking, kayaking and cycling along the beautiful San Antonio River.
