”This stay ranks among the worst I have experienced. Checking in at the front desk took a long time. Blood appeared on the bed sheets, and staff declined to replace them because it was late, so I slept without sheets. Every service felt overpriced. They would not bring deliveries upstairs even though my wife and I had undergone surgeries. Finally, they double-charged me and blocked my departure unless I paid. Expedia attempted contact many times without success. I was at their mercy because I...

Also the sink where you wash hands has enough of space even for bigger hands, and I like that!
I think room in general is almost excellent. Only thing that it is...

”The area of the hotel is good and hotel is located on a peaceful street. Bus station for MIO busses near as it is approximately 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Area has a lot of restaurants. You can quickly get by taxi to shopping malls "Palmetto" and "Cosmocentro" if it's not the rush hour. I was coming often to hotel in late hours and there was always peaceful in the neighbourhood.
One person room had outside space (some kind of patio) which was a very nice detail because you could sit there...
