For the safety, privacy, and comfort of all guests, only individuals listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. No unregistered guests are permitted at any time. Failure to register guests may result in cancellation of your reservation.

⏰ Early Check-In Option: Need to check in a little earlier? We offer early check-in up to two hours before the standard check-in time for $20 per hour, upon request. This helps us ensure the space is freshly cleaned, sanitized, and fully prepared so you can enjoy a seamless and comfortable arrival. Please send a message in advance to confirm availability.

⏳ Late Checkout Option: Want to sleep in or take your time packing? We offer late checkout for $20 per hour, up to two hours past the standard checkout time, upon request. This gives you a little extra breathing room while allowing us time to refresh the space for the next guest. Please message us in advance to confirm availability.

Guests may park on the street in front of the home. Street parking is free and usually easy to find. We kindly ask that guests do not park in the driveway.

📅 Cancellation Policy Reminder

Please be aware of our cancellation policy before booking. We understand that unexpected events can arise, but any cancellations must follow the policy agreed upon at the time of booking. We encourage guests to consider travel insurance, as we are not able to offer refunds outside the allowed cancellation window. While we empathize with emergencies, we cannot assume the risk of lost reservations—especially when we cannot guarantee a rebooking. Thank you for understanding.

Screening Portal
• We require guests to complete our secure screening process through Autohost for identity verification and fraud protection before the reservation is finalized. This quick process takes about 3 minutes and requires government-issued ID and security deposit. A temporary security hold will be placed as part of verification and is automatically released after checkout, in accordance with standard processing times and provided that are no incidentals.
