”We stayed here for two nights with my wife. The location is great and the breakfast was nice. Also the hotel property is well maintained and the room is on good condition. However the room's air quality left a lot to be desired. Neither of us are sensitive to bad air quality but the both of us had our noses running. The ventilation for the room seemed to be inadequate and the bed sheets had a strong smell of chlorine on them. Overall not really good value for money. Would not recommend this...

”Great location with a short walk to the square and restaurants. Small boutique hotel with some really nice art touches in the rooms. Friendly and helpful staff with a lovely breakfast in the morning(to go available if you have an early excursion). Far nicer vibe than traditional western style hotels that I also stay at for business.”

”Incredible! Highly recommend the BELMOND experience for Cusco. It is right in the city centre and has such great history attached to it. I also recommend the spa, we did the three hour mother / daughter experience and loved it.”

”We checked in at 1am and Marcos was incredibly accommodating setting us up in a room, bringing our 2 large suitcases up 2 flights and making sure we were comfortable. Staff even brought up hot water bottles for feet warmers as a complementary (unprompted) service. After checkout, staff stood with us on the street corner as we waited for our ride. Breakfast was delicious and the area is very picturesque. ”

”What a unique and comfortable place to base our stay in Cusco for our family of 6! The gardens in the courtyard were so beautiful, and even featured a resident parrot (Adobe). Wonderful property manager who was so responsive. ”
