”Staff was excellent. Great late check-in. The room exceeded our expectations. Tv in each bedroom. Wonderful kitchen and living room. Supper location to the pool from the room. We appreciated the laundry facilities. The place was clean and felt safe. Nice restaurant on site. The only thing we found odd was no lock on the bathroom door. It was a barn door type door. There was assigned parking.”

”The inside of the apartment was clean. The bed was amazing and hot water was adequate. The price I paid was fair for the room. The only issues were that the living room is massive with only 2 uncomfortable manual recliners in the middle of the room for seating. A love seat would be ideal. And on the 2nd or 3rd day the television stopped working out of the blue. I tried to turn it on and the screen just remained black. ”I’m an avid visitor of the once beautiful Lani Kai Beach Resort. However, my recent visit was not up to par. Even with the “make my room” placard hung on the door, I had to make my room each day myself. I had to request towels and wash clothes each day and never received them. I could go on and on but I’ll never return so this is it for now.”
