”This hotel was perfect It was decorated beautifully and was so clean and the bed was so comfy and the rainfall shower was very nice, the room had everything you could need for a nice vacation there’s a market within walking distance which had everything you need to make your stay perfect highly recommend this hotel anytime we come back to Sanibel we will always stay here ”

”The beds are old and hard. The sheets are very rough. The location is great. The heated pool was great. Coffee was good. Breakfast is good.”

”Subtracted one star because there were a couple of very small maintenance issues. Not enough to affect my decision to stay there. Perfection would raise the price considerably. ”

”The shuttle service I promised was unavailable; I told them that was not okay and I needed a ride to the hotel from the airport. The desk person told me to call back in 10 minutes and she would try to call an Uber. After 10 minutes I called and nobody answered, I made multiple calls and could not get thru for 20 minutes. I was then told I would have to wait another 25 minutes for an Uber - completely unacceptable. Service was slow at check-in; breakfast not so great.”
