”Beautiful hotel in a beautiful and picturesque location. Very friendly staff. Please note that the pool was not filled as we stayed late April/early May. The pool was to be filled for the summer season which takes place in mid May. Air-conditioning would also be available to come mid May. We could not regulate the temperature in our suite however, we were able to open up the windows and catch the breeze in the evening.”

”Misia was a wonderful experience. It was one the best hotels I have stayed at in Italy and I have visited this beautiful country almost ten times. Misia offers a great a base to explore nearby medieval hill top town Orvieto, the strange muddy city of Bagnoregio and lake Bolsena. Bolsena has some awful restaurants and tourist traps so it is highly advised that one consults Misia proprietor Giorgio or his sister for specifics regarding where to go. Of course beautiful hilltop towns are a dime a...

”Lovely surroundings, great atmospheric spot, but: no possibility of sitting at the terrace in the evening, too many reserved tables from people, no special arrangement for those who stay there (only 4 rooms), one needs to reservea table asap, and even then... Broken fridge wasn't replaced and poor shower ("little things", but...) prize quality ratio not too good.”

”One-night visit in Orvieto. This was a perfect hotel for that, traveling with 2 children. The hotel is very centrally situated, room had AC, service was superb, and they could provide a parking place in central Orvieto. Finding the hotel with car is an adventure in itself.... Orvieto is a great place to visit for one or two days. Really interesting, long history.”
