”Just come back from a week and would highly recommend. Communication with the owner and during check in was excellent! The villa was clean with great facilities for both kids and adults! The kids loved the pool and spent most of their time playing in the lovely outdoor space. Would definitely like to visit again. We were visiting family in the local area but would suggest a car rental to be able to fully explore local attractions. Thank you we really enjoyed it! ”

Ausreichend Platz, Aussenbereich, Gemeinschaftspool und was man braucht ist im Haus vorhanden, inklusive einer Waschmaschine. 25 Minuten Fahrt nach Torrevieja und zu den Stränden. Sehr netter und aufmerksamer Vermieter, der bei Bedarf sofort erreichbar ist. Wir würden dieses Haus wieder buchen. ”

”We were very happy with the townhouse, it was in a good location with a 5 minute walk to the supermarket and roughly the same to the town centre. Inside the property there was everything required for a comfortable stay. Two basic bathrooms but they were clean and the showers over the bath were decent enough, nice outdoor area accessible from the upstairs bedroom and great for unobstructed sunbathing all day as the outdoor area had no other properties blocking the view. ”Die Kommunikation hat von Anfang an hervorragend funktioniert. Herr Puschner ist ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Vermieter, dem stets daran gelegen ist, dass seine Mieter sich in seinem Objekt wohlfühlen. Auf Fragen wurde direkt und umgehend geantwortet und nach Lösungen gesucht. Wir durften sogar einen Tag früher anreisen und dies komplett unentgeltlich. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet. Vor allem die Küche verfügt über genügend Geschirr, große Töpfe, Gewürze und viele Küchengeräte. Auch...

Broken tiles on the pool steps, the bathroom wall tiles are hanging off, the ensuite shower wasnt even worth using it's so underpowered, the shower in the other bathroom was unusable as someone has screwed the bracket to the wall the wrong way up!The pool was lovely, but the lighting didn't work, the chairs around the pool were broken and...

”The double bed was disgusting and needs replacing. The bed frame was metal and very low. The mattress was thin and scratchy with no cover. It dipped in the middle so the thin sheet provided kept coming off in the night. There were no pillows, only a single rock hard bolster. The downstairs bathroom was outside. The yard was being used to store broken kitchen appliances, furniture and other rubbish, so it was not pleasant to sit out in. Kitchen had no work surface to prepare or serve food at all,...
