Whether you`re gathering for a family reunion, a milestone celebration, or a group getaway, the setup here makes it genuinely easy to share the experience without sacrificing personal space.

The space
Spread across four separate units in a well-maintained 4-plex, this property accommodates up to 18 guests with a setup that balances togetherness and independence. Each unit has its own inviting living area with comfortable seating, a TV, and Wifi - plus an Ethernet connection for anyone who needs a more reliable signal. A shared entrance brings the group together, and a shared downstairs laundry room with washer and dryer adds everyday convenience for longer stays.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms and additional sleeper sofas are spread across the four units to comfortably sleep 18.

Unit A (ground level) - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms: Bedroom 1 has a king bed; Bedroom 2 has two queen beds; the living room has a full sleeper sofa.

Unit B (upper level) - 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom: The bedroom has a king bed; the living room has a full sleeper sofa.

Unit C (upper level) - 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom: The bedroom has a king bed; the living room has a full sleeper sofa.

Unit D (upper level) - 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom: The bedroom has a king bed; the living room has a full sleeper sofa.

Every unit includes bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades, clothing storage, and bathroom essentials.

Kitchen & dining
Each unit has its own full kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, toaster, and a coffee maker - with coffee provided. Dining tables in each unit work just as well for a shared meal as they do for a quiet breakfast before a beach morning.

Outdoor living
Patios and balconies with outdoor furniture give each unit its own outdoor space, while the backyard ties the property together. Fire up the BBQ grill with barbecue utensils provided, and take advantage of the beach essentials - including beach towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - when you head down to the water, just steps away. Beach access is right nearby, making spontaneous shoreline trips effortless.

Comfort & amenities
Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and an indoor fireplace keep things comfortable through changing coastal conditions. A dedicated workspace in each unit supports anyone working remotely. A pack `n play/travel crib is also available for families traveling with young children.

Home safety
The property is equipped with exterior security cameras at the front door entry, above each garage, and facing the shared front yard patio space. Interior safety is covered with smoke alarms, a carbon monoxide alarm, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.

Parking & access
Free parking on premises includes garages that accommodate one compact or midsize vehicle per garage (9 ft wide, 20 ft long). Free street parking is also available. Keyless entry provides a unique code before check-in - no physical keys needed.
