This San Clemente townhouse is where coastal living clicks into place without effort.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 8 guests across five beds. The primary bedroom is anchored by a king bed with an ensuite bathroom for added privacy. The second bedroom fits two queen beds, making it ideal for families or groups traveling together. A loft provides an additional queen bed, and the living room rounds things out with a queen sleeper sofa - giving everyone a comfortable place to land.

Living space
Inside, the beach-inspired design feels light and easy, mirroring the relaxed energy of the surrounding neighborhood. Central air conditioning and central heating keep the space comfortable year-round, with a ceiling fan adding extra airflow on warmer days. A TV with streaming access, Ethernet connection, and Wifi cover entertainment and connectivity, and a dedicated workspace in a common area makes it easy to stay productive if you need to. A private washer and dryer are also on hand for longer stays.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, toaster, baking sheet, blender, and both a drip coffee maker and Keurig machine. A dining table gives everyone a place to gather, and barbecue utensils are included for when you`re cooking outdoors.

Outdoor living
The private patio or balcony is set up with outdoor furniture for relaxing with a coffee or winding down in the evening air. A gas BBQ grill is ready for outdoor cooking, and the property provides beach essentials - including beach towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - so you can head straight to the water. Shared beach access puts the shoreline within easy reach.

Bathroom
Both bathrooms are stocked with the essentials - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hair dryer, bathtub, and hot water. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, clothing storage, room-darkening shades, and an iron are provided throughout the home.

Location
The townhouse sits in San Clemente`s North Beach area, steps from the beach trail and shared beach access. The historic Casino and Ole Hanson Beach Club are close by, and the pier, local shops, and cafés are all within easy reach. Dana Point Harbor is also nearby for those who want to explore further along the coast.

Keyless entry is provided with a unique code sent before arrival.
No physical keys are required.

Checkout cleaning is included. Mid-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee.
Package delivery is not recommended, as mailbox access is unavailable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Unit C is the lower unit of our two-story townhome.
Access to the unit requires climbing 12 stairs.
Two tandem parking spaces are available.
A Pack ’n Play is available. Please bring your own sheet.
