”We loved our stay at the West Coast Surf Inn. It is an old school motel in the best way. Clean, comfortable, and no nonsense. The bed was genuinely comfortable, the room was well kept, and the shower had great water pressure. They even had great local coffee in the room with the coffee maker, which was a really nice touch. ”The room was new and clean. First night the neighbors next door were screaming till 3am. I called front desk. Hopefully they give me a refund bc I did not sleep and I had my toddler with me. Other than that I liked my stay. Parking was a breeze”

”The Volare was a great place for us to stay. The staff was so nice and really welcoming. The property is clean and well maintained. The area is perfect. We walked all over San Clemente and the beach. It was perfect. ”

”The proprietors are so friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are very clean and pleasant. This is my second stay, and it was just as good as the first. The shared kitchen is an added bonus, and is well equipped. It's also very close to the beach trail, so ideal for runners or hikers. The only slight negative is the proximity to the freeway, which is noisy, so if that bothers you, bring some earplugs. The location is great, and the parking is plentiful.”

”We definitely enjoyed our stay. The bed was pretty comfortable, the spa tub was awesome and you can watch TV in the living room from the tub. We had a third floor balcony room overlooking the pool with a peek-a-boo ocean view. Great value for the price! The freeway was a bit noisy when standing on the balcony but with the slider and windows closed it was well insulated and you couldn't hear the freeway. Would love to have a couple chairs on the balcony to sit and enjoy our coffee. Hopefully they...
