”Very small shower with a support beam at shoulder height. Breakfast was a croissant down the street.”

The springs could be felt through the sofa bed, it was very uncomfortable and gave my husband a backache. We spoke to the receptionist who wouldn’t change the room or the bed. Told us we can book another room. The advertising the of rooms is not as we thought it would be a twin room as we selected that but the wording stated “or double room” so they...

”I booked a suite at this hotel and when I arrived they told me that the jacuzzi in the bathroom was not working so they would put me in a regular room. I said the jacuzzi didn’t matter as I booked the suite for the extra space and balcony. They said they couldn’t accommodate as there is no shower in the suite- only the jacuzzi bath. The lady at the front desk told me the room they were putting me in was more expensive than the suite- this was a lie. After getting Expedia involved they repaired...

”The loft was lovely and spacious. The internal arched brick design was architecturally beautiful. A bedside light on the right side of the bed to match the left would have been nice as would slightly more comfortable chairs for sitting and reading, however, having a kitchen table and nice bathroom as well as an operating fridge and microwave were added bonuses during our stay”

”He stayed at this hotel for the Arocha grand Sassa 2025. It was an amazing experience. The hosts were so friendly and made it very fun. We ate at the restaurant two nights and had a really great time. Breakfast was perfect for us.
