We were looking for a hotel that was affordable, safe, and family friendly, and this Best Western exceeded our expectations. While we would have loved to stay onsite at LEGOLAND, we were also visiting other attractions in the area and needed a more versatile location. ”We thought the beds were good. We were on the bottom floor so we heard everyone walking above us like elephants all three nights (different families) so the noise level wasn’t good. No gym to use looked like it was used for storage or a quarantine area. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The staff is really nice .”

”Wife and I both got food poisoning from the breakfast. One morning at 8 am someone from staff just barged in to the room even though DND sign was on door. Freaked us out, person ran from the room quick when he realized it was occupied. Hot water was out for two days. ”
