”The sofa was ni better than a bus stop . Made of vinyl. No arms . Just a bench. I was 1 hr early . Asked for a early check-in. Didn't bother to tell me there wS a $25 charge. Till he had my paperwork ready . I would have waited the hour . Never been charged for early check-in in my life ”

”Wife and I both got food poisoning from the breakfast. One morning at 8 am someone from staff just barged in to the room even though DND sign was on door. Freaked us out, person ran from the room quick when he realized it was occupied. Hot water was out for two days. ”

”There were cockroaches in the bathroom, the bathroom walls were sticky, there were cigarette butts all over the back patio, and there was homeless and meth heads all over the property and surrounding areas. The room was fairly clean, however. I stayed there about three nights, and it was just me and my teenage son. This didn’t seem like a very family friendly environment, also the end was sold out on a couple nights and there was no parking so I had to park in the electric car charging areas....
