đ The space is a cozy 1-bedroom cottage (364-square feet) with a comfy queen bed.
đ„ Whilst it's best for 2 people, it does also come with a futon and can fit up to 4 guests if you don't mind being in each other's space!

âïž A Keurig coffee machine and an initial supply of coffee pods, tea and other essentials provided, too!

żïž The off-street parking space is on the smaller side and located in the alley behind Brighton Avenue; please note that large SUVs may have difficulty maneuvering in.
đ„ It's also part of a friendly community that includes 3 other cottages; however, worth noting that we cannot control noise from nearby neighbors, pets or airplane traffic (all of Ocean Beach is in the flight path).
đ§ș There is no laundry in the property, but Wonderland Coin Laundry is a only a 4-minute walk away.
