From the uniquely shaped island with pendant lighting to the stained butcher block and black granite counters, the recently remodeled kitchen boasts a chic style. Stainless steel appliances include a gas stove, double ovens, and a commercial-grade French door fridge. Beautiful white oak cabinetry complements an island countertop made from a live edge walnut slab -- the perfect centerpiece for entertaining! You can dine at the four-person table underneath the large wall of windows and gallery-caliber artwork.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
Retreat to the primary suite featuring a king bed, couch, and large walk-in closet. The en suite bathroom comes with a double vanity, walk-in shower, soaking tub, and separate water closet. Just off the entry, a flexible bedroom space offers a twin bed for sleeping and a desk. An en suite half bath also has an entrance into the main hallway, where you'll find the laundry room with a side-by-side washer and dryer. The third and fourth bedrooms both come with a queen bed, chair, and closet space. A shared bathroom with a tub/shower combination connects the two rooms.
OUTDOOR AREAS

Minutes from Interstate 5, you're in a prime spot to easily reach many San Diego hot spots -- Mission Bay, SeaWorld, La Jolla, Old Town, and downtown. The Del Mar Racetrack is just 8 minutes away. Drive 4 minutes to Ken Sushi Workshop or Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. Grab groceries or supplies at two Von's grocery stores less than 10 minutes away. Let the kids burn off some energy at Torrey Hills Park (5 minutes). Adults can play at the nearby Torrey Pines Golf Course (11 minutes), boasting 36 holes right on the Pacific coast. You're also in a convenient location to the University of California San Diego (11 minutes), Costa Verde shopping center (12 minutes), and Birch Aquarium (14 minutes).
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
