Sijainti! Sijainti! Alle 20 askelta rannalle! Ihanteellisella paikalla lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä ravintoloista, baareista ja upeista ostosmahdollisuuksista Tyynellämerellä ja Mission Beachillä. Lahti sijaitsee kätevästi kadun toisella puolella, jossa sijaitsee Catamaran Resort, Bahia Belle ja saatavilla olevat vuokrat (pyörä, skootterit, vene, laudat jne.). Rannan lisäksi olet vain 5 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Seaworldista, 10 minuutin päässä La jolla / Torrey PInesistä ja 15 minuutin päässä Gaslampin keskustasta, Petco Parkista, kongressikeskuksesta ja Balboa Parkista sekä San Diegon eläintarhasta.

Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on makuuhuone, jossa on Cal-King-sänky, oma kylpyhuone, 40 tuuman Smart-taulutelevisio ja suora pääsy terassille.
Toinen kerros on tilava ja siinä on täydellinen oleskelu- ja vierailutila. Keittiö koostuu täysin varustetusta keittiöstä, jossa on graniittiset työtasot, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, täysi ruokakomero ja ruokapöytä 8 vieraalle. Siellä on täysi kylpyhuone ja olohuone, jossa kuningatar nukkuja, ja 65-tuumainen taulutelevisio. Liukuvat lasiovet, jotka avautuvat suurelle yksityiselle katetulle kannelle, ovat täydellisiä milloin tahansa päivästä.
3. kerroksessa on vielä kaksi makuuhuonetta ja kylpyhuone kylpyammeella. Edessä olevassa makuuhuoneessa, jossa on Cal-King-sänky, on 40 "-televisio, suurella merinäköalalla parvekkeella. Kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on täysi / parivuode, joka sisältää vyöryä ja parivuode sekä 32 "TV.
Edessä patio on kaasugrilli cookouts. Yksityinen 2-autotalli mahtuu yhteen täysikokoiseen autoon / yhteen ja yksi pieni auto.

We spent 5 nights here with our San Diego kids and grandkids for a family getaway prior to school starting. There were 9 of us in total, and there was plenty of room for everyone. Beautiful home, very open, bright and nicely furnished and decorated. There were plenty of kitchen amenities, beach towels and bath towels. Kids really enjoyed all the bikes, boogie boards, and location practically on the beach. Erin was quick to answer any questions, and everything was a breeze.

This house is exactly as pictured! High end finishes, clean, and located right in between the ocean and the bay. Steps to either! Well stocked with paper products, soaps, towels, linens, beach supplies, etc! Highly recommend!

We were a party of 7 adults and the house had plenty of room for all of us. All bedding and towels were top notch. Lots of beach towels and things for the beach, like chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. But for cooking, you need to buy all the spices and such. There was only salt and pepper.The house has a lot of stairs!!!!!! The laundry is on the lowest level. And your neighbors are very very close.The only hard part of the trip was the garage and parking. We have a large SUV and while we were able to park it in the garage, it was an ordeal to do it. Every day we looked for street parking and none was to be found. I can't imagine what you would do if you had 2 cars and could not park in the garage.We would stay here again, but with a MUCH smaller car.

Family visit and Getaway

The property was great. They provided everything you could need. The location is so close to the beach, the house was updated and clean. The only complaint I have is the parking. No fault of the property, but we had a SUV and a car and couldn’t park both in the garage so we struggled on the weekend for additional parking but during the week days it was a little better. Something to consider if you have two vehicles. I would say here again but rent a smaller vehicle.

Awesome Family Vacation

We highly recommend this home on Mission Beach! As a VRBO owner myself in S Carolina, I am always critical when I stay in other homes. This house was perfect, had absolutely everything we needed and more. Was clean, perfect location in Mission Beach close to shopping, restaurants and attractions. We did the zoo, Torrey Pines, sailed with porpoise and whales, enjoyed the Ocean Beach farmers market and had great food at many of the local restaurants. we had never been to San Diego before and this house was great!

Great location, beautiful house

We had a great trip back to San Diego. Our first time we stayed directly across the walkway from this property. Both properties are beautiful. This house seemed to be not as stocked with household things such as spices, toilet trees, extra paper towels, etc. However, Ralphs (grocery store) is within walking distance and we frequented there almost every morning. The kids loved being upstairs while we took the downstairs bedroom. It was a great property in a great location. Must go to the Catamaran resort and hang out on their beach for the day. Paddle board, kayak, walk the boardwalk, etc. Plenty of chairs in the garage to bring with you. Overall, a great spot! Will be back!

Wonderful stay

We loved our time here and can see why reviews are great! Parents of small kids there are tons of supplies and toys here as well as lots of baby gates. Just an fyi for parents: the stairs might be an issue for younger kids or less steady adults as they are tiled. The location was great, beds were very comfortable and blackout shades in all rooms and even the sunlights were appreciated! All the beach activity supplies you could need.

“Santastic”!

Beautiful spot for any length of stay … but certainly 5 or more days. Property is top shelf. Owner communicates well. Plenty of spots to eat and wet your whistle. I’ll go back and stay again without any qualms. One note, garage handles a moderate size SUV; but not a truck or Tahoe. Nissan Pathfinder fits just fine.

If you are reading the comments trying to decide on a property, all I can say is just book this one while you can.Great location, well maintained, well stocked, incredible array of beach supplies, and owner communication was excellent. Layout is perfect for two couples or a small family plus grandparents. Highly recommend!

Family Christmas !

The property was right off the beach, very easy to get around and was a close distance to restaurants, grocery stores, bars. The house was very updated and cozy. We had 6 adults and everyone had plenty of room. The kitchen was stocked well so we could make food there if we wanted . The property manager was easily accessible . Our family loved the stay!

Perfect Getaway

The house looked exactly like the pictures on the website and even better. Very well appointed house, had everything we needed and more. One of the best vacation homes I’ve stayed at. Perfect location… steps from the beach and from restaurant/bars. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Host was very fast to respond and communicate with.

3 couples gather for a week in October

This was a first time visit to San Diego for most of the group of 6. The house is set up well for this. Quite neighborhood just 2 blocks from boardwalk and beach. Private parking garage worked well for us. Conveniently located for trips to Balboa Park,/Zoo, Coronado Island, Sunset Cliffs, USS Midway, La Jolla and Old Town. Grocery store a 10 minute walk away with a Starbucks inside. The owner was responsive to communications and attentive to any issues. All of us would return to this house.

Great location, easy access, well-maintained property

Our family has been renting houses in Mission Beach for several years. We chose this property because of its excellent reviews and location closer to Pacific Beach. The teenagers in our group were more interested in shopping than hanging out at Belmont Park this year. This place was a home run. Easy walking or biking distance to shopping (including all the grocery stores) and more nearby options for restaurants. The distance to the bay side was the shortest walk we've ever had and the paddle board was well-used by all. The accommodations were just right for our family size - everyone had a comfortable bed. The property is very well-maintained and up-to-date. Kitchen items were very clean - an issue we've had at previous locations. We would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing location!

The location was amazing, a few short steps to the beach. The house was very well stocked, beach towels, chairs, games, umbrellas, everything you could possibly need! Great location!

This is a great place to bring your kids for a spring break trip! The house had everything we needed for the beach. My kids loved the boogie boards and sand toys. We would definitely stay here again!
