Viehättävä 2 makuuhuoneen bungalow North Parkin halutuimman naapuruston sydämessä! Olemme sijaitsee rauhallisella umpikatu, mutta kävelymatkan päässä monista 30. St. ravintolasta, baarista ja kaupoista sekä South Parkissa että North Parkissa. Loma-asunto on duplex-kodimme etuyksikkö ja tilava noin 800 neliömetrin pinta-alalla. Viehättävässä bungalowissa on tyylikkäät kalusteet, parketit ja täysin varustettu keittiö ruokasalilla. Ruokailutila avautuu olohuoneeseen, josta löydät mukavan poikkileikkauksen ja suuren näytön TV: n, jossa on erilaisia uusia DVD-levyjä katsottavaksi, ja paljon suosittuja lautapelejä. Meillä on mukavat ja yksityiset nukkumisjärjestelyt 4 hengelle sängyissä, queen-size-vuode huoneessa # 1 ja täysikokoinen sänky huoneessa # 2. Meillä on * upouusi * huippuluokan keskitetty vaihto- / lämmitysjärjestelmä, joka oli juuri asennettu ja kiinnitetty älykkääseen termostaattiin. Tarjoamme myös oman kätevän pesukoneen ja kuivausrumpu pyykin saippualla omaan käyttöösi. Muutaman minuutin ajomatkan päässä ovat: San Diegon keskusta, Balboa Park, kuuluisat museot, San Diegon eläintarha, San Diegon kunnallinen golfkenttä, Bud Kearnsin vesikeskus, Balboa Tenniskerho ja paljon muuta! San Diegon kansainvälinen lentokenttä (5. 5 mailia) ja San Diegon kokouskeskus (4 mailia) ovat myös helpon ajomatkan päässä. Great place in a great neighborhood

Stayed at the property for 3 days, great neighborhood with plenty of options for things to do within walking/minimal driving distance. House was very clean, appreciated the ability to do laundry, etc. Owners were very quick with communication. Would recommend!

Wonderful

The place was adorable and had everything we needed. The appliances were brand new, so you had the option of staying in and cooking if you wanted. We had no idea how close we were to everything and were overly ambitious with our grocery shopping. The neighborhood was so safe, you could walk within a blocks to grab a bite to eat or a drink/ cup of coffee. The trees at the cottage were in full bloom and it was so tranquil and beautiful. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners and their daughters, absolutely beautiful family We had a stay of a lifetime, never been to San Diego and definitely intend to come back and stay there Thank you so much for everything, wonderful hosts!

Perfection! The bungalow is wonderful. Clean, stocked with towels, dishes, pots and pans! The beds were so comfortable and the trundle bed was perfect for my grandson. The property is 10-15 minutes from everything we wanted to do. A quiet beautiful neighborhood with a plethora of interesting shops within walking distance. There was always a spot to park on the street. I can not wait to return!!!

Great SDSU Graduation Choice

This VRBO was the ideal location for our family's SDSU graduation celebration. The apartment was roomy and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Street parking was always available and safe. All manner of shopping, dining, and recreation were within walking distance. Our hosts were gracious and well organized. Would stay here again.

Perfect North Park Getaway!

Great cottage on a beautiful, quiet street in a wonderful neighborhood. Perfect location for walking to shops, restaurants and nearby Balboa Park. The hosts were fantastic and very attentive. Loved our stay!

Incredible stay

The property was clean and in a fantastic neighborhood that was a walk to a great breakfast place and an awesome BBQ restaurant. Short drive to the Zoo. It was a memorable trip. My kids (10 and 12) kept saying they loved it. We used the dishwasher and the washer/dryer. The home was supplied with those needs. Would recommend this home to everyone.

Wonderful!

I was in town for work and was joined by my seven month old daughter and my mother. The space was perfect for the three of us, incredibly clean, and an excellent location for walking to all sorts of fun places. The hosts were extremely communicative and friendly. I highly recommend staying here.

Writing Retreat

I stayed here for a writing retreat with my colleague and it was splendid. The house is the perfect size for two people, with a spacious kitchen that was thoughtfully stocked with all the necessary amenities by our hosts (they even had ice in the freezer) and they stocked everything needed to start our stay. Nothing was overlooked, the house was clean, and the wifi service was seamless (which is a must for work). Our hosts sent us detailed messages beforehand and promptly responded to all of my questions (which I really appreciated). Finally, North Park is a wonderful, walkable, gem of a spot. It's minutes by car to Balboa Park, close to the beach (which is a sheet drive away), and easy walking distance to trails and restaurants (plus there's a thriving art community to boot). The only drawback is parking, which, even at the property we stayed at, can be hard to find after five.

Great place, but...

It was a great little place. Very clean - I walked around in white socks and they didn't get gross on the bottom! The only complaint I have, and why I gave 3 stars overall is because we could hear everything in the other unit. When they had people over it was like they were in our unit. There was a baby that cried alot. We could hear the TV plain as day. Maybe someone else wouldn't be bothered by that, but we were. We like peace and quiet and not to have to hear others when we are trying to relax. I did not sit on the little patio area outside the back door because it did not feel private given you could hear everything and a window into their unit was right there overlooking it.

Spring Break 2024

My son and I came for a few days to explore San Diego on his spring break. The house was exactly what we needed. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Nice neighborhood and walking diatance to lots of great restaurants.

Great place to stay near Balboa Park

I stayed here for 5 nights while I was on a much larger trip for my sabbatical. We have friends that live nearby and I had downtime to explore the area. The apartment is has everything you need and so does the neighborhood! So much within just a quick walk. My husband was with me and he worked remotely for a few days. He said it was nice to take a break and walk to get a coffee or relax for a few minutes between meetings. It's a quick drive over to Balboa Park--I went to a few museums and had a great time. My husband also went for a run at least one day while we were there. We also had a chance to drive over to the Cabrillo National Monument and the beaches one day. It took about 30 minutes. Basically, the place is in a great location. You can walk to so much and it doesn't take much to drive and get away. Parking was easy and the street is really nice. It was an awesome stay in San Diego :)

Cozy Bungalow in North Park

We arrived in San Diego in a rainstorm and were so pleased when we entered our rental. It was easy to find and the location is so convenient. The bungalow is clean, spacious and inviting. It is well appointed with everything we might need. Our hosts were quite responsive to questions and helpful with suggestions. Not only is this neighborhood very walkable to coffee spots, restaurants and small stores, it is perfectly situated for the kinds of activities we enjoy- museums at Balboa Park, easy to get on and off highways to golf courses and other more distant points, and very close to Coronado, downtown and - yes- Cali's Ice Cream! My husband and I were generally out the door after breakfast and back later in the afternoon or evening. We found this home very comfortable and relaxing after a full day of activities. We would definitely stay here if we are back in San Diego and give this spot a 5+!

Great Bungalow

Great accommodation in quaint quiet neighborhood that is close to restaurants, shops and entertainment. Zoo, USS Midway museum, Gaslamp Quarter and Coronado Island are a short drive or Uber ride from property. Responsive host during set up and while on property. Only wrinkle was issue with Internet wall connection that made connecting spotty at times and a faulty bathtub drain. Other wise, excellent.
