Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would happily return. My only complaint is the water pressure in the shower in Room 220, which could definitely be improved.”

”I stayed 3 nights, 27 thru 29 FEB, no hot water the last 2 nights. I stayed again the following weekend, 6-9 MAR, only slightly warm water the first 2 nights. The front desk, Mr. Patel, was indifferent to the issue and was not willing to discount the nightly rate. Failure to provide promised amenities does not fulfill the original booking agreement, but the site manager did not agree. ”

”Loved the location of the hotel. One of my main goals during my stay was to visit the Sea Cliff Bluff Trail and turns out, it was right behind/walking distance from the hotel! Every staff I have interacted with were kind, loved the scent of the soap/balm they offered and had great amenities. ONE complaint would be the smell in the room, it just smelled a bit too musky (or the smell you get from leaving wet clothes out). It eventually went away by the evening after running the fan all day/letting...
