”We refused to check in and had to find other local accommodations. The directions were off by 1 mile, requiring getting locals to help find the place. When we got there we found 1) No way to secure our belongings, since door locks were not working, 2) no A/C in the main rooms and 90 degrees without fans, 3) Open access from the public beach, 4) cockroaches, 5) bad neighborhood without the listed local restaurants and shops, 6) Poorly maintained pool, barbeque, and other amenities. ”Great staff, room was perfect. Air conditioning works perfectly fine, which was great because it was really hot that day. ”We are so grateful for this place! The first day we had the pool all to ourselves which was just lovely.
